The Long Beach Soup Kitchen is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization established in 1983 to feed hungry people in the Long Beach area. Annually they serve over 6,500 hot meals and provide over 6,500 take away lunches on their premises and also deliver 6,200 lunches for Long Beach students participating in Project Excellence.
